Mia, owner and president of MB Personnel & Screening, Ltd.,  has over 20 years of experience in human resources consulting, recruiting, staffing and placement.  She is skilled at finding the best possible fit between job openings and job candidates and is acutely aware of what makes people unique.

Mia smooths out what can be a very rigorous process, saving companies hundreds of hours of work to arrive at the highest caliber of individual for consideration.  During personnel screening, Mia consults with each client to develop the most efficient staffing solutions possible. Once Mia has assessed a candidate and performed detailed reference/background checks, she presents a thorough analysis of the candidate’s skill set, work ethic, and cumulative personnel screening experience to the employer. Her goal is to present the most qualified/talented professional to the employer and position both for immediate success.
